Mt. Pleasant Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Mt. Pleasant, NC, dedicated to giving animals in need a second chance at life. Every gift helps us provide safety, medical care, and second chances to animals who need it most while bringing joy to the families who welcome them home.

Hunter is a playful, spirited Beagle mix with a big heart and even bigger personality! He’s potty trained, loves to run and cuddle, and would thrive as your one-and-only furry companion in a home ready for fun, love, and adventure.
On New Year’s Eve, Lil Mama was the last dog left in the shelter with no commitment and no time left. We couldn’t leave her behind.
Now safe with us, Lil Mama is showing just how special she is — sweet, playful, and full of happy energy. She loves dogs, does well with cats, and adores kids.
She’s ready to find the loving forever home she deserves.
We are always in need of volunteers! If you’re unable to adopt or foster, volunteering is a wonderful way to help.
You can walk a dog, cuddle with a dog or cat, help clean kennels and crates, or lend a hand at our upcoming events.
